Phoebe’s background in competitive powerlifting and weight training led her to Pilates as a way to build functional strength and balance. She teaches classical, posture-focused Reformer and Mat Pilates, with additional training in pregnancy and rehabilitation, helping clients prevent and recover from injury long-term.
